This residence was envisioned as a sophisticated urban sanctuary - layered, understated and deeply tactile in its expression of luxury.
The brief was to create a home that feels quietly indulgent rather than overtly opulent; where every space reveals richness through materiality, craftsmanship and detail.
A restrained palette of warm greys, natural stone and muted metallic accents forms the foundation of the design language. Expansive marble surfaces with expressive veining are paired with custom wood veneers, textured wall treatments and handcrafted detailing to create spaces that feel calm yet elevated. The living areas were intentionally kept open and composed, allowing sculptural furniture, statement lighting and carefully balanced proportions to define the experience.
The private spaces continue this narrative through softer more intimate layers.
Bespoke panelling, herringbone veneer compositions, tailored upholstery and tonal fabrics create bedrooms that feel cocooned and restful. Decorative wall surfaces and subtle lighting add depth without overwhelming the architecture, resulting in spaces that remain timeless beyond trends.
