Fiorenza Residence

A Refined Expression of Contemporary Luxury | Duplex Residence

Designed for a discerning family seeking understated luxury with a strong setting of individuality, this duplex residence was envisioned as an immersive living experience rather than simply a beautifully furnished home. Every space was approached with a deep understanding of Proportion, materiality and how elevated design can enrich everyday living.
Spread across two levels, the residence was carefully curated to balance granduer with warmth creating interiors that feel sophisticated, intimate and timeless in equal measure.
From the moment one enters the design language unfolds through a seamless composition of natural stone, warm wood veneers, textured wall finishes, custom metal detailing and layered lighting. The palette remains intentionally restrained, allowing the richness of materials and craftsmanship to become the focal point.
The formal living-space was conceived as a statement in contemporary elegance. A monumental natural marble feature wall establishes a strong visual anchor while bespoke furniture pieces in muted neutrals create softness and comfort. Sculptural lighting installations introduce moments of drama and artistry, elevating the space without overwhelming it.
One of the defining features of the residence is the dramatic double-height volume, framed with custom sheer drapery that filters natural daylight beautifully through the interiors. The treatment softens scale, introduces movement, and creates an ever-changing play of light throughout the day-bringing both serenity and architectural character into the home.

A unique highlight of the duplex is its private leisure zone featuring an elevated plunge pool overlooking the city. Designed as a quiet escape within the residence, the space combines water, greenery, natural stone, and open sky to create an atmosphere of complete retreat while maintaining architectural sophistication. Throughout the home, bespoke detailing, precision execution, and material harmony remain at the core of the design philosophy.
